Another great episode from this wonderful series that I just adore. I especially like Dwight and how special he is, and Alfre Woodward's character. Alfre should really be seriously considered for an Emmy nomination as well as this series.

Falling Skies Season 1 Episode 3

Click on the above pic to view the screen caps from Sunday's episode of Falling Skies. This episode had me on the edge of my seat especially at the very end when the skitter's eyes flew opened and the kid who they removed that thing from his back also opened his eyes at the same time. Now this cannot be a good thing and it gave me the creeps.

Ha! Pope as it turns out is a good cook and he is really savoring his new status among the survivors. He is just a piece of work.

Too bad Hal's girlfriend got snatched by the skitter. I wonder what they will do with her.

Great episode and I think better than the pilot.

I adore this series and the cast and this isn't just your average run of the mill lawyer series. Franklin and Bash are burn outs which I love as is their boss played brilliantly by Malcolm McDowell. Unique is the word here and this series is both unique and funny.

Combat Hospital Series Premiere

Click on the above icon to take you to my screen caps of the premiere episode of Combat Hospital. Please credit if using. Thanks and enjoy.

Rookie Blue Season 2 Premiere

I was so happy to see the return of this great summer series and the second season premiere got off with a bang.
Wonderful episode! Things picked up right where they left off and with just the right amount of action to keep it interesting as always.
There is no way that Andi and Luke are going to make it as a couple especially now that some skeletons came flying out of his closet in the way of a former live in girlfriend who looks like she is going to get transferred to the team. Maybe now she will get together with Sam which is what I am hoping for.
Sad to learn that Dov’s brother committed suicide and it was cool that Gail decided to move out of his and Chris’s apartment once she learned what happened to Dov’s brother but Chris wanted no part of it and it was cute what he said to her.
I can’t remember if Jerry and Traci are still an item? He’s hot! LOL
Sad story line about Kate getting killed while she was talking to Andi and all because the shooter thought it was his student who he had the hots for but she rejected him. Too bad Kate was wearing her coat or that never would have happened.
Wonderful start to season 2.

Premiere of Combat Hospital On ABC

I did something this morning that I usually don't don't do, I read the comments in one of the articles reviewing last night's premiere of Combat Hospital and I was appalled at how ignorant people are.  They were not commenting on the series but on Canada where this series is filmed and they had nothing nice to say about our friends and allies from Canada.  Grow up you idiots from America that are slamming this series and Canada.  I am an American and I was appalled by what I read.  And I know for the most part where these comments were coming from an d i will leave it at that.  Now on to my my comments.

I really enjoyed this episode, and I know that it was the first episode of this series so it needs to find it's legs.  This series has promise if we can do away with all the MASH and China Beach comparisons.

Loved the Colonel in charge.  He's a good doctor with a quirky bedside manner but he knows his stuff and the people surrounding him both staff and patients.

My favorite pat was when the good old boys knocked a hole into the wall where the Al Quedia patient was and stole him.  I hope they gauge his eyes out.  Sorry but I don't feel one ounce of sympathy for these terrorists who on 9/11 brought America to it's knees and killed so many people not to mention the havoc they are reeking on the world.

Good start to this series and I just hope it gets better with each episode.  I know that I will be tuning in each week for sure.

Combat Hospital (ABC) Series Premiere Promo [HD]

Combat Hospital premieres tonight! I will be watching for sure.

Falling Skies Season 1 Episode 1

I have made the screen caps from the premiere episode of Falling Skies and have uploaded them to my photo gallery. They are in 2 different albums. Just click on the above pic which will take you to my photo gallery.

This series has a lot of potential if people would just shut up and stop saying negative things about it. My God, it has only been on for the pilot episode and I cannot believe the negative things that people are saying. Aside from that I really liked what I saw especially in the second half of the pilot. We get to meet Poe who is going to be one interesting character. The opposite of Tom who is a good guy, Poe is going to be the guy we are going to love to hate.

That scene in that empy supermarket when we meet the aliens had me jumping out of my seat. I would love to learn more about them and another thing that I want to learn is the back story on how this all started out. If I had to complain about the pilot that would be the one thing. We have got to see and episode where they show us all how this all started. That's what I am waiting for and it would be a shame if the writers do not do this.

I give this pilot a B+.

The Killing Season 1 Finale

Season 1 finale of The Killing Screen caps. Just click on the pic above to be taken to my photo gallery.

Well let me tell you that I was blindsided by the last few minutes of this season finale. I thought Holder was one of the good guys but it looks like he and some mystery person worked together to implicate Richmond in Rosie Larsen's death. But the big question from me is who was in that car with Holder. I think it was Gwen. I could be wrong but I think she wanted to get back at Richmond and what better way to do this then to help frame him for Rosie's murder. It could also be that she turned to Holder for help because they were sleeping together. She wanted to get back on him because I honestly believe that she thought Richmond had been sleeping with Rosie. She is jealous and insecure which is a great recipe for revenge.

The scene when Sarah and Holder found that field in the back of the gas station was both haunting and eerie. Perhaps the best scene from this mess of a season finale. This series got off to a fantastic start and held so much promise but the writers dropped the ball and instead of tying things up, they left us with more questions than they answered. We still don't know who killed Rosie Larsen and I wonder if we ever will.

Hawthorne Season 3 Episode 1

Click on the above pic which will take you to my photo gallery where the rest of the screen caps can be found.

This was an emotional and tense episode and maybe I am crazy, but I think Nick is responsible for the attack
on Christina. I was floored as they showed him and the flashbacks of the attack. How would he know just what happened
unless he was there and that ring that the assailant was wearing. Nick gave it to Christina telling her that they got the man. BS!
I think it is his ring. I think Nick is a nut case and the attack on Christina was personal. That assailant was deliberately kicking her in her stomach
knowing it would cause her to loose the baby.

Great season opener. Thoughts anybody out there on this emotional episode?

Combat Hospital on ABC--Premieres June 21

Yes, this is yet another new series that looks great and I will be definitely be watching.

The Return On Hawthorne Tonight

It does my heart good to see the great cast of Hawthorne return at 10 pm tonight on TNT.  I have watched this series since it's premiere and i just love it.

From Daemon TV.

HAWTHORNE Season 3 Premiere Advance Review – Tissues Required!

HawthoRNe Season 3
Bring tissues!!
Yep, that pretty much sums up the Season 3 premiere of HAWTHORNE appropriately titled “For Better or Worse.”
I’ll admit that I haven’t watched season 2 of the show, but after watching the season 3 premiere, I’m back on board. It was a really powerful episode and such a roller coaster, I don’t think I was prepared emotionally for everything that happened. I think that if you are a fan of the show you’re going to love it.
So what are you in for? Well if you remember, last season ended with Christina (Jada Pinkett Smith) telling Tom (Michael Vartan) she was pregnant. Season 3 opens as a very pregnant Christina is getting ready to walk down the aisle with Tom. And while it’s a lovely wedding (minus some minor disturbances), this happy feeling will not last long. Within about 15 minutes get ready for tragedy to strike and it not only will inform the rest of the episode but also the rest of the season.
To complicate things even more, Nick returns (Marc Anthony) to investigate an attack that happened in the hospital parking lot. And since we know that he joined the show as a series regular, he’s definitely sticking around. This is obviously the first time that I see his character in the show, but may I just say that I really, really enjoyed him and am so happy he will be back this season.
There is one particular scene with him that I loved and all I’ll say is keep an eye out for the “ring scene.” You’ll know it when you see it.
In other news, we are introduced to a new character in the premiere, Miles (guest star Derek Luke) who is Tom’s new surgical fellow. Let’s just say that there might be some sparks between him and Camille.
Bobby will be given an offer that she can’t refuse, but I am honestly wondering how it will affect the rest of the season.
In happier news, there might be another marriage proposal happening this season. And a very pregnant Candy makes an appearance, and also ends up having quite an emotional scene with Christina.
Overall, I think this is a fantastic premiere episode. Sometimes, you can feel underwhelmed by premieres especially after the big cliffhangers that happened at the end of the previous season, but not in this case, I almost felt unprepared for everything that happened. And as I said I am reconverted and will be watching HawthoRNe this season.
So make sure you tune in tonight, June 14, at 10pm and watch HawthoRNe on TNT. Did I mention the tissues?

The River On ABC Promo Video

This is yet another new series scheduled for mid season next year that looks like it is going to be excellent.

This series reminds me in a small way of Lost which is a good thing for me.

Here is a video clip.  Enjoy!

The River Promo

I will say this that between this series, Grimm Once Upon A Time and Terra Nova I will be having major nightmares.

Supernatural Slideshow

This author has made my day.

Supernatural || By Clarissa || Filed June 10th, 2011
supernatural tv newsBefore we get into this, let me clear about something: I will always love Supernatural. There's probably nothing the show could do - short of permanently killing Sam or Dean - that would ever make me not want to watch it.
Does that mean I'm blind to its occasional faults?  Of course not.  I think that the show has so many incredible qualities.  It's funny, it's smart, it's dramatic and the actors who work on it regularly are fantastic and under-appreciated.
All of that being said, there were things about season 6 that could have been improved.  When I look back on the series as a whole, I repeat what I've said many times: season 4 was my favorite.  Not only for the overall season-long arc (which was terrific), but also because it had great stand-alone episodes.  I liked season 6 for so many reasons, but when I look back on the season I think I enjoyed a lot of the individual episodes (like "Frontierland", "The Man Who Would be King", "The French Mistake" and "Caged Heat", for example) as opposed to the season-long arc.
I also didn't mind the cliffhanger at the end concerning Castiel.  I'm actually not that concerned that Castiel will be permanently leaving the show.  Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see that happening, even if he gets less screen time.  So I've decided to come up with a list of things I'd like to see in season 7.  I asked other Supernatural fans as well, including my good friend Monnie (@squeemonster).  Some of them stem from aspects I didn't like in season 6, while others stem from the events in the finale.
I think season 7 is a terrific opportunity for Supernatural to continue to prove it's one of the best shows on television.  I think that some aspects of season 6 can be attributed to the fact that the show had finished a fairly comprehensive five year plan and needed a chance to reboot itself.
As a reminder, here's what The CW has released as a description for next season: "In season seven, the Winchesters will find themselves in an increasingly sinister, changing landscape, up against a new foe unlike anything they’ve ever fought.  They’ll find their old tricks, weapons and hiding places all rendered useless.  All they’ll have is each other.  And the certainty that, like the last of the cowboy outlaws, whatever they face, they’re not going down without a fight."
So here is my list of things I'd like to see in season 7.  Supernatural returns with all new episodes in the fall on The CW.
What do you think?  Do you agree with my choices?  Did I forget anything you'd like to see?
Update: I've been reading through all the comments and it seems like the general consensus is that Dean should get a stronger storyline next season that's directly related to the myth-arc.  You're all right and I agree completely!  As for Sam remembering Hell...what I was trying to suggest is that he doesn't have to be tormented by them constantly, but he needs to at least deal with the after-effects.  Nearly all of season 6 was focused on Sam, the wall and the Hell memories, so to completely sweep them away would be kind of ridiculous.  But yes - like many of you have suggested - I don't think he needs to wallow in them constantly.

Castiel must eventually be redeemed

Picture 1 of 16
Just because I didn’t mind the Castiel cliffhanger, doesn’t mean I want to see him be lost to Sam and Dean forever. Along the same lines that Dean had to battle Sam and his darker tendencies in seasons 4 and 5, I would be okay seeing Castiel go down his own dark path and perhaps become the “big bad” for next season. But at some point Castiel needs to be redeemed. I still hold to my belief that the souls of Purgatory are making him behave in a manner he wouldn’t otherwise (unless I’m proven wrong) and that’s fine, but eventually he needs to be saved. Cas is inherently a good character, and while I can accept that he needs to work through his issues in season 7, I don’t want to see him dead or permanently “evil”. And I want him and the Winchesters to make up again because they're family! :(
