I had some great TV viewing last night. First the return of The Event and then Harry's Law.
I have been waiting for the return of The Event since it first went on hiatus and all I can say is it was worth the wait. The 2 hour episode had more information and tense moments than any other episode of The Event so far and a lot of questions were finally answered.
The biggest question that was answered was exactly what Thomas is up to. He is planning on bringing many, many of his people to earth and not for a friendly tour. What he ultimately is planning is taking over earth at the cost of us humans. He doesn't care who he has to kill and how many to achieve his goal. He is extremely dangerous and nothing like his mother Sofia.
We found out Leila's father is an alien which means Leila and Samantha are half human half alien. Not good news for Sean and Leila. Sean oves Leila but left because he knew that he would be putting her in danger.
We met Katherine Lewis the wife of a senator who had died and she was taking over his senate seat until the next election but she stumbled on to something about the aliens and grilled the President about it. He basically shut her down and told her it was a matter of National Security. Boy does that term get used a lot in TV and in real life. So this won't be the last we hear of Katherine Lewis.
Blair who is being held as a prisoner in Alaska gets shot and he discovers that Thomas has killed over 50 of his own people because they did not want to leave and go on the run with Thomas. I think Thomas will stop at nothing to obtain his goal.
Fantastic episode last night and I am so glad to have he Event back.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan Tribute ~Radar~
A wonderful Jeffrey Dean Morgan video. I would still love to see him reprise his role of John Winchester in Supernatural even if it is for one episode. Yeah, I know the character of John is dead bout they brought Denny back on Grey's Anatomy so why not here.
Grey's Anatomy--March Spoilers
I got this from Gather Entertainment and after reading this my stomach sank to my feet because I am right about one thing--that Adele has early onset Alzheimer's disease which just breaks my heart. But given the fact that the actress who plays Adele, Loretta Devine, is going to be starring in a new sitcom this fall, I guess this is one way to write the actress out. I hate this because I love the actress who plays Adele and I love the character of Adele Webber. This will be a most bitter pill for Richard to loose the two women he has loved to the disease.
Here is the article from Gather.
Grey's Anatomy is on hiatus until March 24 but a few juicy spoilers have been released to tide us over. The spoilers pertain to the only two new episodes airing this month.
As Callie gets into her pregnancy, she starts obsessing about baby showers and develops a constant need for attention. Arizona grows frustrated as she is unable to anticipate what Callie wants and Mark always seems to guess correctly. Callie takes pity on her and as a shower gift to Arizona, takes her away for the weekend. Most people can understand Arizona's frustration since she is not overly fond of Mark and now she has to share all things baby with him.
In the musical episode, which will be airing in a few weeks, only a handful of the cast will be singing and the primary singers will be Sara Ramirez, Kevin McKidd, Chandra Wilson, and Chyler Leigh. The musical episode will air on March 31. Are you getting excited about this episode?
Derek will take over Adele's care and will determine that she does in fact have early onset Alzheimer's. Hard to believe that the chief will end up losing two women he loved to this horrible disease, first Meredith's mother, and now Adele. What a sad story line.
One thing that is not so secret about Grey's Anatomy this season is that each episode has been better than the previous one this season.

Fringe--Interesting Article
Poor Fringe is taking a beating and I am not writing about the ratings.
Here us an interesting article from Zap It TV.
As ever, analysis of ratings has nothing to do with how good anyone thinks a show is, but rather how good a show’s ratings are. Lots of shows I like (including Fringe) have mediocre to bad ratings. Sadly, that I like Fringe doesn’t make its ratings any better.
Fringe is not certain to be renewed in this universe, but you’re very confused about the designations. I’d agree there is not currently any basis to be “so certain” Fringe will be canceled. Of course, “likely to be canceled” is not a certain prediction (thus “likely” rather than “certain”!).
Though your e-mail was a bit over the top, you’re definitely not alone in misunderstanding the various designations we use in the Renew/Cancel Index and Bubble Watch.
If you think of “On the Bubble” as a 50-50 tossup that could go either way, all “likely to be canceled” means is that there’s less than a 50% chance of renewal. But there is often a lot of room between less than 50% and 0.
I’d been 50-50 on Fringe for weeks, but once its overall average got down to a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating, I put its chances of renewal at less than 50%. There’s a reasonable debate to be had about that, and Bill is still listing its prospects at 50-50 in the latest Renew/Cancel Index for Fox. There’s also a reasonable debate to be had about how much less than 50% renewal its chances are.
For discussion purposes let’s say Fringe’s renewal prospects went from being 50-50, to 45-55. That’s more likely to be canceled than renewed (which is all our “likely to

I read your stupid “bubble watch”. I don’t see how you don’t have Fringe as “certain to be renewed” since that’s sure to happen in any universe. It should at least be “likely to be renewed” because it is. But no, in your retarded universe it’s “likely to be canceled.” There is no basis to be so certain Fringe will be canceled, it is the best show currently on television!Dear K (Ray Zee):

Supernatural Season 6 Episode 16

Screen caps from last night's episode of Supernatural. Just click on the above pic to take you to my photo gallery.
I was beyond upset and pissed off that the writers killed off Rufus. Why Rufus? Samuel I can understand but not Rufus. I loved seeing him and Bobby dressed up in suits. Somebody said that Rufus and Bobby reminded them of Grumpy Old Men and how true that description is. Rufus will be missed.
It was a pretty good episode last night except for the Rufus part and Samuel got killed also which is no big loss. I didn't trust him one bit especially what he did to the boys. Yeah, he wasn't what I would call a loving grandfather but that takes me to this whole thing about how some of the characters were not the same since they were "raised from the dead" so to speak. Gwen was another one that I didn't expect to get killed. I liked her.
Supernatural writers, I am disappointed for you killing off Rufus and I hope that things don't get worse from here on in because my little heart can't take anymore shocks.

American Idol Top 12 Girls Perform
I will break down my favorites from last night. Since only 5 girls are going through, it's going to be so hard that 7 of these very talented young ladies will be going home. I thought that they all did one heck of a job.
1. Pia Tuscano--a first class act and she has a beautiful, powerful voice. She has my vote for going all the way,
2. Thia Megia--Only 15 and has mad, crazy vocals and a presence that is awe inspiring.
3. Karen Rodriguez--Another example of a classy lady with an unbelievable stage presence and beautiful voice.
4. Lauren Turner--Man can this young lady sing. She is a force to be reckoned with.
5. Lauren Alaina--I love this girl's voice and the energy she brings on stage.
So there are my top 5 picks and I hope they all go through to the next round. Actually all 12 girls did so good that I wish they all could go through.
